We are seeking a Contracts Manager to work for our prestigious client in the Derbyshire region, that enjoys problem solving and rolling your sleeves up as you foster positive client relationships, delivering a variation of manufacturing, building services and commercial building projects.
With a diverse workbook, and reporting to multiple stakeholders, you'll be challenged to adapt and drive schemes to manage them effectively.

Responsibilities
- As a Contracts Manager, you will work with our team on traditional civil and building services projects, along with some mechanical and electrical work. The scale of the schemes ranges from £250k to over £10m.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage and monitor on-site operations and physical progress of work in order to ensure site safety, quality, and environmental obligations.
- Attend site meetings with the client
- Assist in the creation of annual budgets and the management of expenditures within agreed-upon budgets.
- Finally, ensure that all legislative compliance obligations for appropriate plant and equipment are always met.
