This role involves providing essential support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one or group support to SEND students in the classroom.Assist teachers with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, safeguarding the student.Helping students with their learning and ensuring the classroom is a safe learning environment.Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.Requirements:Experience working in the UK with children or young people, especially those with SEND needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to various teaching methods and learning styles.Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting student's educational needs.Enhanced DBS is mandatory (If you do not have a DBS on the update service you must be willing to apply for a new one).Eligible to work in the UK (No Sponsorship).Benefits:A welcoming team that will make you feel supported throughout your role Highly rated school focused on staff progression A 'Recommend a Friend' bonus of up to £300 (T&C Applied) A dedicated, professional and friendly consultant and a branch with 24-hour on-call facility.How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we would love to hear from you!
