Roofing Contracts Manager
50,000 - 60,000 + Package
Essex Based
I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join my client who are a specialist roofing sub contractor based in Harlow, Essex.
The suitable candidate will have experience of flat and pitched roofs and working on projects valued as little as 10,000 up to 1.5M.
You will be working on projects across Essex, Hertford & London, furthest you may require to travel will be SE London.
Ideal candidates will be based in Essex.
Must be competent with using IT, especially spreadsheets.
On offer is a basic salary of up to 60,000 + Company Truck, Fuel Card & 21 Days Holiday.
