Graduate Classroom Supervisor

Supply Star Recruitment are keen to hear from graduates who are thinking about getting into teaching OR would like to gain some classroom based experience working with Secondary school students. Supply Star Recruitment is a teaching agency supporting schools across the West Midlands with temporary staffing, covering absent teachers or gaps in teaching timetables. The Job: You will be required to deliver pre-planned lessons to students aged 12-15, across all subject areas. You do not need to have subject knowledge in order to be considered for this role as all lessons are designed for teacher absences. What you will need, is to be able to keep the students engaged in what you are delivering. Have a good classroom manor, strong behaviour management skills and a confident demeanour. The work is not guaranteed, and will suit a flexible work-life balance. Often for people with other part time jobs, children or studies. To be considered for this role you must be a University Graduate, resilient, thick-skinned, adaptable, energetic, a motivator, and above all have a passion for learning and education.
