YARD OPERATIVE PERMANENT JOBS HORNCASTLE Mon – Fri + O.T. Rotation Shifts (6 – 2 then 2 – 10) £12.58 per hour Due to continued growth, we have immediate permanent vacancies for General Operatives to join our well-known, well-established Horncastle client. Your main responsibilities will be yard house-keeping and the safe and correct loading of lorries. You will not be afraid of working outside, (a full set of PPE will be provided) in all conditions, loading lorries with mixed loads of pipework. You will need to be numerate and literate, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a readable manner. There may be the possibility of being put through your FLT for candidates who show the right aptitude. Key skills: * Numerate and literate * Good timekeeper * Used to working outdoors Key responsibilities: * Report to Yard Office at start of shift for loading requirements for shift * Repair/report any damaged goods found during shift * Ensure the yard is kept clean and tidy at all times * Inform team leader/manager of any suggestions you may have to improve the working area * At all times maintain the company H&S policy and report any discrepancies Full PPE will be provided.
