LTF Recruitment have partnered with a number of secondary schools, located across Nottingham, to appoint Behaviour Mentors to join on a long term to permanent basis. As a Behaviour Mentor , you will work closely with students to provide emotional, social and behavioural support. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in promoting positive behaviours, improving student engagement and contributing to the schools positive learning environment. Role Responsibilities: Provide 1-1 and group mentoring sessions to students to address behavioural and emotional challenges Develop and implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual student needs Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and parents to create and maintain a positive learning environment Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting on outcomes Conduct workshops and activities that promote social skills, resilience and positive behaviour Assist in the development and implementation of school wide behaviour policies and initiatives Person Specification: Experience of working with young people in an educational setting, or in a similar capacity Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and emotional support strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff and parents Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations If you feel you would be the right fit for this role, then please apply through submitting your CV.
