Horizon Allegro Developer - (C#)

A leading energy trader who operates one of the largest energy portfolios in the world are currently looking to bring an experienced Software Engineer who has experience working with the Allegro Horizon ETRM permanently onto their fast growing team within London on a Hybrid basis.

Responsibilities of the Software Engineer

The majority of the work will be working on Allegro Horizon which will include:

• Working on multiple different customisations for the Allegro Horizon ETRM for example: injecting C# code inside, modifying data models and building new web services.
• Leveraging your Allegro expertise to come up with technical solutions.
• Being the SME on the Allegro ETRM within the team.

Requirements of the Software Engineer

• MUST HAVE extensive experience with Allegro Horizon (ETRM)
• Extensive experience with C# & SqlServer
• 3 days per week onsite (Flexible on what days)
• Open minded to new technology – Python, Powershell and PowerBI are nice to have. If not the successful candidate needs to have good coding concepts and best practice knowledge.
• Need to be autonomous and provide good solutions based on experience
• Need good communication and to be happy to speak with stakeholders as you will have to deal with end user on a daily basis.

Salary & Benefits

• £70,000 - £90,000 DOE
• Discretionary Bonus (Typically between 15% - 30% of salary)
