Founding Engineer (React Native) - Up to 100k + equity - Stoke - HYBRIDMy client is looking for a Lead React Native Engineer to oversee their engineering function on their online learning platform and build a scalable mobile application.You will have ownership over growing the engineering team from the ground up, be responsible for hiring and evaluating candidates, and the engineering recruiting funnel.This is an opportunity to build this product and team from the ground up, you will have the chance to make key technical decisions on the application and add all of your creative ideas to the current product!You'll be a key member of the leadership team, and work closely with the co-founders and heads of other departments and help produce clearer engineering levels and growth paths, and mentor other engineers.You must be experienced in:Managing and building high-performing engineering teams in the past.Having keen intuition at system design, technical architecture, planning projects, and developing internal processes.Making decisions quickly under uncertainty, and can communicate decisions clearly and respectfully to get all members of the team growing in the same direction.If you are interested in this opportunity I want to hear from [email protected]
