We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a thriving and busy department, to assist and learn from an experienced team of Solicitors in the heart of Leamington Spa.Our client is looking for a hard-working, organised, and highly motivated individual to assist the highly rated Residential Conveyancing ream with an existing and constantly expanding caseload.The successful candidate will be able to:Provide administrative support to lawyers in the departmentCommunicate effectively with clients, brokers and agentsIssue draft contractsSubmit AP1's and deal with requisitions from the Land RegistryType up and file basic legal documents and correspondenceMonitor the organisation of files from opening to closing and archiving of mattersThe ideal candidate will be an ambitious and organised individual looking for progression opportunities in Conveyancing and have excellent attention to detail.Salary: £20000 - £26500 depending on experienceHybrid working available
