The Utility Regulator is seeking to appoint a permanent: Finance and Payroll Officer Salary is from £30,181 - £33,043 per annum Protecting Northern Irelands energy and water consumers today and tomorrow is what we do. Finance and Payroll Officer Working as a Finance and Payroll Officer within the Utility Regulator, you will play a key part in providing operational support within the finance team, primarily in the month-end and reconciliations processes, and processing pay for all Utility Regulator employees.
