Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Basildon, Essex Salary/Benefits: £24k - £42k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts around the South East region and M25 area. Candidates with a robust and varied skillset would be well suited for the role, as you will be undertaking the full range of Analytical duties as well as Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys. Successful candidates can expect attractive salaries and packages. Locations of work include: Basildon, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Romford, Ilford, Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Maidstone, Orpington, Bromley, Croydon, Epsom, Redhill, Guildford, Woking, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Bracknell, Camblerley, Watford, St Albans, Harrow, Wembley, Enfield, Harlow, Stevenage, Luton, Bishop's Stortford. Experience / Qualifications: - Must have existing experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a well-established company - Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) - Excellent technical understanding - Experience writing detailed Asbestos Survey and Analytical reports - Proficient with IT applications and software The Role: - Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys - Conducting 4 Stage Clearances - Personal, background, leak, reassurance and re-occupational air testing - Completing visual inspections - Writing thorough technical reports - Working across a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority - Overseeing Health and Safety compliance across teams of site staff Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Consultant, Environmental Consultant, Asbestos Site Analyst.
