BID MANAGER Location: Remote Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent We are seeking a Bid Manager - Office & Production to join our Solutions team. In this role, you will provide a consultative approach to developing compelling and persuasive written content that effectively communicates our value proposition to clients. Job Description As the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality work consistently, accurately, and within deadlines. Your ability to craft persuasive arguments and deliver outstanding written submissions will be critical in securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage written response ensuring NOSE is reflected in all SME responses Manage bid document production, including kick off, stakeholder and deadline/milestone management Manage bid governance in line with ISS policies Escalate issues to head of bid management for resolution Liaise with creative to support projects showing ideation ability from bid start to submission Develop excellent relationships with the commercial community to build trust Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Bid management experience including leading £3m+ bid opportunities Understanding of end-to-end bid management including leading solutioning across multiple client sectors APMP Practitioner or above accreditation Evidence of 40+ APMP units via conference, webinars, seminars etc Undertaken advanced VP / NOSE training and evidence of application Undertaken 5+ key account visits for operational knowledge Knowledge of ISS commercial governance policy and process Experience of working and thriving in a deadline driven environment Experience of leading a project team and mentoring PM’s showcasing leadership skills Driving SD and SME’s engagement and applying APMP best practice to the written response and bid management process. *Please Note: All candidates must have or be able to achieve SC Security Clearance* The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
