Marketing Manager

A fast-growing international tech company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in this newly created role, reporting directly to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and make a significant impact as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and nurture campaigns that convert prospects into customers.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience needs.
• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEO, to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social ads) to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally tech
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills

The salary for the role: up to £55,000.
