Purchase Ledger Team Member / Polegate / Accountancy Client Details A well established organisation based in Polegate looking for a Purchase Ledger Team Member on an hourly temp basis. Description As a Purchase Ledger Team member you will be responsible for the following: Process invoices, credit notes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Reconcile supplier statements and manage payment runs via BACS and CHAPS Dealing with Suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Address and escalate payment issues to ensure a timely resolution Profile To be successful for the position you will need to: Be able to start on a short notice Be able to commit to a temporary contract Be able to commute the office 5 days a week Job Offer Temporary contract Established team environment £12-£13 per hour
