The Home is a fantastic facility with first class amenities, in a great location. Shifts are mixed. This includes alternative weekends.You must work BOTH day and night shifts on a rota. We are recruiting an experienced Deputy Home Manager to deliver a quality of care and support to our service users. You will be an experienced Deputy Home Manager with a good working knowledge of CQC standards. Duties and Responsibilities A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008; You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervising the support and careteams to deliver the highest standards of person centred care. Full UK Driving Licence (3 points Maximum). Its important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 5. You will be supported by the management team.
