Paralegal

A multi award-winning creative agency is looking for a Paralegal to join their legal team for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will be working at the heart of a team of 5 experienced lawyers who work across brand strategy, data and analytics, communications, customer experience, media, production and distribution. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the lawyers with the review of NDAs, Production and talent related agreements Management, logging and prioritization of requests coming to the team (via email or LawVu) Liaising with internal teams, external suppliers and clients to arrange signings of paperwork Digital filing of agreements and matters Responding to script clearance questions High level trademark searches Responding to contractual queries from the business Providing contact summaries Providing monthly updates on ASA decisions Responsibility for administration of the legal department – liaising with internal and external finance teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses More information will made available upon request by suitable candidates. To be considered, you should have completed a law degree (or equivalent), with 6 months to 2years paralegal experience – ideally in the media/entertainment industry.
