What you will be doing:
The role involves a range of activities to support the smooth running of all facilities within Spicerhaart.
This will include but is not limited to the following:
- Being a point of contact for managers, administration and premises staff.
- Answering queries from internal staff in relation to the Health & Safety, maintenance, renewal and allocation of facilities.
- Working as part of the facilities team responsible for facilities administration support, visitor bookings and upkeep of meeting rooms and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Manager and other managers on performance and policy matters.
- Responsible for the visitor booking procedure and welcoming visitors to the head office.
- Complete contractor and visitor management including booking in works, arranging access, diary management and document management for contractor works.
- Keep staff updated with all planned maintenance.
- Working with colleagues in Spicerhaart to obtain up to date information and answer queries/support the work of the team at all times.
- Providing a range of support and admin activities in conjunction with the Facilities Support Team including overseeing room bookings, maintaining meeting rooms and office areas and placing stationery orders.

Education and Experience:
- General education, to 'GCSE Level/NVQ or equivalent
- Previous relevant administration experience
