Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage our procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Concur, while also overseeing the company’s fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining procurement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and optimizing fleet management operations. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement activities using SAP Ariba. Create and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract management through the SAP Ariba platform. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements. Analyse supplier bids, conduct negotiations, and finalize supplier agreements. Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation in SAP Ariba. Handle inquiries related to procurement activities. Ensure procurement issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements. Manage and oversee the processing of employee expenses and travel claims through the Concur system. Review, verify, and approve expense reports in alignment with company policies. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement of employee expenses. Provide training and support to employees on the use of the Concur system for expense management and travel booking. Ensure adherence to travel and expense policies, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Oversee the management of the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and compliant with regulations. Coordinate vehicle assignments, leasing, servicing, and repairs, optimizing fleet usage and cost-efficiency. Essential requirements: Degree in Business Administration, or qualified by experience on related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UK in procurement. Familiarity with UK procurement regulations. Strong working knowledge of SAP Ariba and Concur is required. Experience in fleet management or a similar logistics role. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. What we can offer you?
