Private Chauffeur (264jc) – Malmesbury – circa £45k + Benefits I am currently working with a client who is based in Malmesbury and London, and who is looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Chauffeur to join his team, you will be driving them to and from their estate as well as well as trips to Belgium. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY. You will be reporting to the Principal and your role will include the following: * Driving the Principle to and from the Estate into London and occasional trips to Belgium. * Assisting with various duties around the estate depending on your abilities and skills. * Demonstrate high flexibility in scheduling and availability * Maintain a professional demeanour at all times * Utilize technical knowledge of vehicles for minor maintenance and troubleshooting (preferred) To be eligible for this role, you will need the following: * Proven experience as a Chauffeur within a similar environment with excellent references * High level of responsibility and reliability and who can exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality * Willingness to undertake frequent assignments * Regular travel within the UK and occasionally to Belgium (accommodation provided as necessary) * Technical knowledge of vehicles is a plus as you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the vehicles making sure that they are all up to date with MoT’s, servicing etc and are fully stocked as principals’ requirements. * Hold a valid UK driving license, however advanced driving licence would be a distinct advantage * Residing within a reasonable commute of Malmesbury * Holder of an international passport for travel purposes * Holder of a Shotgun and firearm certificate would also be highly desirable The ideal candidate would be someone who lives within a reasonable commute to Malmesbury and who is used to working for a very private family situation and who is willing to take ownership and use their initiative in regard to your role and duties, and who is willing to go the extra mile. However, as there is no threat for the client, CP duties are not needed for this family.
