What will I be doing?
A Staff Canteen Assistant is responsible for keep all canteen areas cleaned and tidy and helping the Staff Chef keep the Buffet full and ready to the team members.
Help the Staff Chef to top up the Buffet, also food and drink stations. Keep working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination Keep all canteen areas clean and tidy up, including Tables and Floor Communicate with other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation Be environmentally aware
What are we looking for?
Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work on own or in teams Intermediate Basic Food Hygiene
