Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Award Winning Solicitors - Nr Solihull - £45k + benefits We’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Qualified Solicitor, with 2-3 years PQE and experience of managing conveyancing transactions, to join an award winning firm on a permanent basis. The Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will be responsible for managing a high volume caseload of residential property sales from instruction to post completion. As you will be liaising with clients, 3rd parties and colleagues, you will need to possess professional communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships at all levels. What we’re looking for: * Experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor * 2-3 years post-qualification experience PQE * Good understanding of residential conveyancing matters * Ability manage your own high volume caseload * Confident and professional verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels * Excellent written skills * IT literate * Enthusiastic and committed nature * Professional and approachable demeanour * Proactive team player * An established client base is preferable but not essential What’s on offer: Our client is offering a competitive salary (up to £45k) plus benefits which include 25 days annual leave (plus BH), pension scheme, health policy, employee assistance programme and the option to buy and sell annual leave.
