Qualifications What were looking for: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality establishment. A Level 2 Food Safety qualification (or higher). A passion for creating modern, fresh cuisine . The ability to work as part of a fun, dynamic team . Strong organisational skills to keep things running smoothly in a busy kitchen!
