Major Recruitment We are seeking dedicated Assemblers for our fabrication/manufacturing client in Derby. The role involves assembling Unistrut at specified dimensions using threaded rods and nuts. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision work. Pay Rate + Hours * £11.44 - £12.00 per hour * Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 16:30 * Friday: 06:30 - 12:30 (Early finish) * Overtime paid at x1.5 over 42 hours Key Responsibilities: * Assemble Unistrut components using threaded rods and nuts. * Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications. * Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow all safety protocols and procedures. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Qualifications:. * Ability to read and interpret specifications. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
