Mental Health Case Worker

How about a job as a Mental Health Case Worker in Ebbw Vale (Blaina). PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE INCLUDES ONE SLEEP-IN SHIFT PER WEEK AND 1 OCCASIONAL DAY ON THE WEEKEND What will you do? Mostly day shifts (9am to 5pm) with one sleep-in per week (3pm to 7am). A total of 33 hours on average per week, over a month There will be lone working at the project Supporting individuals who struggle with their mental health Assisting to promote independence Providing emotional and practical support Reporting and recording any safeguarding issues Working with Case Workers and other team members, to provide an excellent service What will you get? Salary of £20,590 per year With sleep-in payments the salary increases to just over £23,000 per year Permanent contract A solid 6 week rolling shift rota so you can plan well ahead of time Extra payments for any disturbed sleep during your shift A supportive and understanding employer Work for a charity that aims to make a positive impact on the community What do you need?
