Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience working in an EYFS setting (Reception experience is preferred but not essential). • A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners. • Excellent classroom management skills. • Commitment to creating a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. • Foster a nurturing, supportive atmosphere where each child feels valued. • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying individual needs and adapting learning accordingly. • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. • Promote a love of learning and curiosity in young minds.
