This company has a technical slant to it around the M&E field too so it will definitely be a varied Construction Project Management role

They deliver bespoke, high-end construction projects for both commercial and residential clients, setting the standard for quality and luxury. Key Responsibilities: an additional Project Manager to oversee high-spec projects in London and across the South East.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium, bespoke projects. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role offers a dynamic environment, with regular travel to project sites in London and the South East, while maintaining flexibility with some remote work.

  • Manage high-spec, luxury construction projects from design to completion
  • Liaise with Sales, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project handover and site operations
  • Organise and co-ordinate in-house labour and sub-contractors
  • Communicate regularly with logistics to ensure materials and equipment meet project demands
  • Provide regular updates to clients via internal database and manage client correspondence
  • Monitor job costs and progress against budgets during management meetings
  • Ensure variations are identified and signed off
  • Represent the company at site meetings, take minutes, and keep clients informed of progress
  • Oversee Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-spec construction or a similar field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across London and the South East
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work closely with design teams and maintain a high standard of project delivery
