Our web applications and APIs are now used by more than 15,000 end users in large clients including Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest , and Aon , as well as powering digital journeys for high growth challengers such as Tide, GoHenry, Mettle, Caxton , and hundreds more. Having established a roster of blue-chip enterprise clients in the UK, FullCircl is now looking to expand its reach through continued investment in the platform and exciting partnerships with category leading vendors including Acturis, nCino and IDNow. The Role Senior Product Marketing Manager As a product evangelist, you understand the product feature set and its benefits and clearly articulate the value proposition through innovative and compelling deliverables such as messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials, battlecards and thought leadership content. You bring the story of our product to life for our company and the market. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a mix of challenges and fast pace. Day to day tasks will involve huge variety, from planning product launches and events, to creating collateral and presenting to the sales team. You will be knowledgeable and experienced with crafting engaging positioning statements and messaging which stands out in a crowded market. You will be a strong communicate and skilled at managing multi-stakeholder relationships – be collaborative but also tenacious to achieve your goals for the ultimate success of the organisation. By understanding the product inside out and understanding its business impact, you will quantify and articulate the benefits of the FullCircl platform to our key audiences to help drive positive change in their organisations. This is a key role for the go-to-market team, working collaboratively with Sales, CSM, Product Management, Brand Marketing, Demand Generation and other teams to drive growth and customer success. Key Responsibilities Strategy : Create a product marketing strategy aligned to the company’s vision. Messaging : Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market, telling a unique story that attracts potential buyers. Content : Own and create product marketing content to articulate the benefits of the product to our key audiences (e.g. data sheets, infographics, white papers, user guides, web content, presentations, sales collateral, product videos, blog posts, product release announcements). Sales enablement : Partner with Product Management team to communicate the vision and value of new products. Develop the sales tools that support the selling process. Product launches : Plan and execute the launch of new products and feature releases including PR announcements. Manage the cross-functional communication of the product development roadmap and execution of the plan. Partners : Own partner marketing and enablement to ensure consistent communication of our value proposition(s). Customer Intelligence : Be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria. Market/Competitor Intelligence : Be the expert on competition. Follow and analyse market trends to help us position the product and identify new required capabilities. Customer Feedback Loop : Liaise with Product Management and Development to feedback on emerging requirements and suggest future areas of product improvement. Reporting: Measure performance and use data to adapt and improve everything within your control.
