Interim Major Projects Lawyer – In-house – 12–15-month contract Our client, a top city law firm is currently looking for a Major Projects Lawyer to go on secondment to one of their key clients. The primary focus of the role will be providing legal advice to the Major Projects team on the various major projects being delivered, and to assist in developing the wider commercial and regulatory framework for the delivery of these and future projects. The ideal candidate will be providing the oversight of the development, procurement, and delivery of these projects. Experience in complex projects (PFI/PPI or other similar models), ideally in a regulated sector ~ Knowledge of project finance would be very useful also, and, to a lesser extent, construction law ~8 – 10 years PQE with expertise in major projects work This is an incredibly exciting, long term interim role with the opportunity to be involved on some incredibly large projects.
