Sales Director Angove Partners are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive our business development initiatives. As the Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and establishing our brand as the go-to recruitment partner in the industry. What you will be doing? Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration within the Insurance and Financial Services sectors. Align the division's sales efforts with the company's overarching goals. Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Insurance and Financial Services sectors. Expand the client portfolio by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key industry players. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the division's success. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve sales processes and outcomes. Who are we looking for? A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to the Insurance and Financial Services sectors. Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the Insurance and Financial Services (or similar) markets, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. A robust network within the industry is highly desirable. A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term partnerships. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a results-driven mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
