Project Delivery Manager (Outfit)

Assist in the management of a variety of complex tasks related to the Project Management of marine and interior outfit projects from commercial handover, through to on-site delivery and then project close down. Where appropriate lead on smaller projects. Collaborate across different department functions to ensure allocated tasks contribute to the overall project delivery requirements Knowledge of: Marine sectors including Cruise, Ferry, Defence and Superyacht. Outfit environments encompassing all disciplines. Skill in: Understanding of outfit planning and delivery onboard marine vessels. Use of Microsoft software such as excel, word and project. Strong planning, time management and prioritisation skills. Effective communication skills and an ability to influence others in a variety of situations. Results and detail-orientated approach to work delivery and output. Ability to: Have a can-do attitude and be prepared to work across other areas within the outfit team as required, we are a small collaborative team that works to our ethos of client expectations, from cradle to grave project management and would like to add someone to this team who is prepared to become a big part of our wider aspirations of organically growing our offerings. Read and interpret blueprints and working drawings along with written scopes of work. Use standard range of measuring/surveying tools to quantify material requirements.
