Hire Controller

We are recruiting for a Hire Controller (Tools/Plant hire) for our client based in the Buckinghamshire area

Hours of work: 07:00 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch) - 08.30-12.00 Saturday on a rota basis

Duties:

• Customer facing role
• Processing hires and sales orders via email, phone and face to face
• Handling queries and complaints
• Using in house system

Ideally you will have hire/merchant experience but this is not essential if you come from a customer facing role

This is a customer focussed role where the successful candidate will be expected to build relationships and exceed customer expectations
