Legal Counsel - Real Estate c2-5 PQE Renewables Developer Hybrid working - London office 3 days a week A rapidly scaling, well funded , PE backed international renewable developer with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK and international are looking to hire a real estate lawyer to support their projects across England and Scotland. This is an enviable opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Real Estate solicitor to play a key role supporting the business and being an integral part of the development /legal team. Reporting into a highly regarded and supportive renewables / real estate solicitor you will drive forward and provide legal support to the development team and assist with all aspects of real estate work including due diligence, heads of terms, drafting and negotiating a variety of documents as well as supporting on M&A activity. You will also provide legal advice and opinion on mitigation measures to overcome real estate issues. You will be a (England & Wales) qualified solicitor with c2-5 years PQE either working in-house or in private practice. Experience in renewable energy is highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate. You will have a commercial approach, be pragmatic and a solutions-oriented solicitor. You will be self-motivated, driven and work well as part of a team.
