My Clients Minor works team are expanding and we have a number of openings for experienced repairs and maintenance Surveyors. The area of work will predominantly be within the West This patch covers mainly Slough, Brent and Reading Starting salary will range depending on experience: £45,500 - £55,000 A van and fuel card is also included A large part of this role will involve carrying out internal and external inspections on both occupied and void properties, then providing technical advice to the team and managing complex projects including liaising with residents and contractors, and other third parties as necessary. The post holder will monitor quality of work, value for money and customer satisfaction. You will have to manage budgets and play an active role in the variation approval process, having regard to standing orders, authorisation of expenditure and prevention of fraud. Experience in managing budgets is essential. Surveyors should ideally hold a HNC, HND or similar qualification please reference this in application. Candidates will need to have a valid driving licence.
