About the role -BSL Teaching Assistant - Newham Small classes to support staff and create a safe environment As a BSL Teaching Assistant, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inclusive community. Working in small groups or 1:1 Supporting children with their academic studies BSL Teaching assistants are required to provide motivation for children Help promote independence Support and liaise with the class teacher, sharing progression of the children.
