As the Bar Manager you will oversees and be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the venue, ensuring seamless service, especially during high-capacity events & busy periods. Key duties include: Align the bar services with event needs, creating custom drink menus, and adjusting staffing for varying audience sizes. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20+ staff, fostering an energetic and positive working environment. Handle logistics, from staffing and stock management to scheduling, ensuring everything runs smoothly during shows & intervals. Take control of the bars budgeting, stock control, and suppliers to maximise profitability. Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
