Field-Based Application Specialist A leading innovator in Microbiology diagnostics is seeking a dynamic Field-Based Application Specialist to join their Technical Support team! Key Responsibilities Provide pre- and post-sale support for a wide range of products, from wet microbiology to molecular diagnostics. Conduct demos, installations, on-site training, and after-sales technical support. Lead customer presentations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Work closely with Sales, and Marketing. Travel nationwide, collaborating with a sales and customers.What You'll Bring Degree in Molecular Biology or equivalent, with experience in nucleic acid extraction and PCR. Experience with laboratory software, bioinformatics, and automated bacteriology solutions. Previous field support experience preferred. Willingness to travel across the UK.Ready for a new challenge?
