Teaching Assistant

Rikama Education are working with a primary school in Deal, who are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. Your hours will be 8:30 - 3:15, Monday - Friday, term time only. This is a long term supply role that could turn into a temp - permanent position. Your role as a TA will be to:* Work 1:1 with a pupil in Reception with ASD & Global Delay*Communicate effectively with the use of visual aids as the pupil is non verbal*Manage any challenging behaviours effectively*Liaise with parents.
