New Build Residential Conveyancer - Up to £50,000 salaryWe are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading regional law firm based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.We are looking for an experienced personable and Confident New Build Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our Birmingham team. You will be expected to lead, support, and oversee an established specialist New Build Team.The RoleManaging a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales and purchase, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensionsMaintain efficient systems to diarise and ensure all deadlines are metDemonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters in a commercially astute and understandable formatAbility to build lasting working relationships with clients and house builder referrersLiaising directly with clients, estate agents and lendersDeveloping professional relationships, with both clients and other potential sources of workGenerating a fee income in line with agreed targetsManage, supervise, train, and develop support staffConsistently play an active role in the team's business development activities and budgets with the aim of continuing the growth of New Build workThe CandidatePrevious experience working on New Build purchase and sales mattersHold a relevant qualificationHave a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client careBe commercially astute, understand the importance of business targets and their impact to the practiceExperience in assisting with or managing, supervising, training and developing support staffThorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and proceduresBe organised, process driven and IT literate with experience using a case management systemCredible past and consistent billing/financial performanceThe Benefits & How to Apply• Salary up to £50,000.00 depending on experience• 33 days annual leave• Generous company pension• Ongoing training and development• Health cash planApply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.Contact Robert Holland (Retained Consultant)Direct Dial: 0161 826 3140 Mobile: 07951 097 638Email address: [email protected]
