is recruiting a
Pizza Chef
to lead the kitchen team at the Glasshouse Restaurant. This lively restaurant specializes in pizza, pasta, salads, and snacks, with a focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients. The ideal candidate will bring branded restaurant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of consistency and process. The role involves working alongside the Executive Chef to develop the menu and create new concepts for the restaurant, as well as supporting pop-up ventures across the estate. Key Responsibilities: Lead the pizza section in a high-volume restaurant. Ensure food is prepared to high standards, maintaining quality and consistency. Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and new ideas. Manage and support the team, maintaining food safety and health regulations. Ideal Candidate: Experience in branded Italian restaurants or similar. Strong leadership abilities to manage a small, efficient kitchen team. Passion for delivering high-quality food in a busy, dynamic environment. Benefits Include: Competitive salary of
