We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor based in Tywyn LL36 for a Prestiage Manufacturing Company, our client is a fast-moving, global technology business that specialises in taking brands direct to consumers. Hours and Pay: Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours per week Working Hours Start time can be Flexible £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience Role Responsibilities for the HR Advisor role Include: * Take responsibility for the management of all core ER cases across business areas including all sickness cases, flexible working requests, performance management plans, grievance and disciplinary processes. * Welfare / OH referral / Risk Assessments / Amended duties / Capability processes * Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers as required * Liaise with the HR Business Partner to ensure appropriate support is provided on complex ER issues * Champion the development of people management skills across the Group. * Management of Parental Leave across business areas. * Coach and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours/actions * Ensure all cases of formal performance management are documented and recorded in line with internal audit requirements * Support with creation and roll out of engagement activities * Develop Managers and colleagues in coaching skills and our people processes * Support the delivery of the local induction as required * Delivery of HR module training to internal management team * Support positive D&I culture within the wider team To be considered for the HR Advisor role you should have the following Skills and Experience * At least two years HR experience * Clean UK Driving License * Experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures * Experience managing HR cases, within warehousing or manufacturing environment is desirable * Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of current employment legislation * Strong listening and problem-solving skills * Strong relationship building skills * Ability to analyse data and summarise key findings * Good communication and data presentation skills * Capable of working using your own initiative * Flexible and adaptable * Level 5 CIPD Qualification (Desirable) or Level 3 CIPD Qualification and studying Level 5.
