We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as the Customer Service Assistant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers. You must have: ? Previous experience working in customer service or customer experience position ? Strong knowledge of jewellery, with diamonds is advantageous ? Experience handling high volume calls and emails ? Ability work in a fast paced environment ? The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without dropping the high standards we maintain ? Working knowledge of basic computer software packages (excel, word, outlook) and Gmail. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? A " can do attitude" at all times ? Highly organised, ambitious and able to work to company guidelines ?
