The Head of S&OP is the leader of the function, responsible for estimating future product demand, including new product/seasonal/promotional forecast models, analysing all capacity constraints, and developing long term S&OP scenarios. Client Details Fast-growing business in the Food Manufacturing space. Description Lead the S&OP process to develop a consensus demand plan, inventory strategy, and capacity plan for a portfolio of over 300 SKUs of Finished Goods and over a 1000 SKUs of RM, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and maturity of S&OP process, resulting in better asset utilization and reliable data for Capex decisions whilst maintaining a minimum forecast accuracy of 75%. Experience in project management, including leading global cross-functional projects, managing project timelines and ensuring successful project delivery. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams. Responsible for verifying, maintaining and updating Item Master Data and managing data supply chain. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, including process standardization, systems automation, and streamlining of workflows. Develop and maintain key performance metrics for S&OP process, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer service levels, providing regular updates to the executive team. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new product introductions, go/no go decisions on product briefs, product phase-outs, and product transitions.Profile +10 years' experience in S&OP management in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG space. Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred). Proven experience in S&OP leadership roles within a similar industry.
