The Role


Salaried Partner - Family Law - Up to £110,000 salary


As a key figure in this dynamic and forward-thinking practice, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Department to shape and expand the family law team. The family law team handles all facets of family law, from divorce, separation, and civil partnership dissolution to complex financial settlements, jurisdictional challenges, enforcement actions, and pre-and post-nuptial agreements. The firm regularly represents high-net-worth individuals, including top executives, investment bankers, athletes, and entertainers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Take the lead on marketing and business development strategies, with a focus on attracting new clients and expanding the firm’s reach
  • Advise on pre-and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and other related matters
  • Handle complex private children cases, ideally with an international element
  • Maintain the firm’s Lexcel accreditation and uphold its exceptional professional standards
  • Meet time recording and billing targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Build a strong personal profile and actively promote the team through networking, online presence, and direct client engagement
  • Act as a trusted, client-facing legal advisor, delivering high-quality and tailored legal solutions
