The business is very fast paced but has a brilliant culture of togetherness across the whole organisation, it is a great place to work.About the roleThe Finance Business Partner is to be the finance lead and to work alongside several different business divisions creating and maintaining close stakeholder relationships. The role will provide consistent support and analysis that can be relied upon to aid commercial decision making. The Finance Business Partner will be a key commercial individual in the relevant divisions, shaping their future, whilst working closely with the operations team to contribute to the company strategy.Key responsibilities Work with non-finance stakeholders to provide comprehensive commercial forecastsProvide accurate analysis to aid commercial decision makingStock and weekly reporting analysisSupport and challenge to drive greater efficiency and improve profitabilityPresentation and provision of excellent reporting at team meetingsSupport budgeting processHelp to improve sales growthCommercial decision supportPerson profile CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or Qualified by experience with very relevant background.Experience within a fast paced retail/consumer environment is highly desirableStrong IT skills including advanced excel including modellingStrong reporting and analytical skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment with ever-changing prioritiesPackage £50,000 - £60,000, 25 days holiday, wide range of discounts and benefits Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
