We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive and retained search to find a new Board Level Finance Director for a well-known and rapidly expanding e-commerce / Retail business based in Central London.
This role reports directly into the board and will oversee all things commercial and accounting.
Our client is in a really exciting position – they have a great platform for growth and now need a Finance Director to help them execute the plan.

Qualified Accountant first-time passes with EXCEPTIONAL academics.

The Role
This is a really varied cradle-to-grave Finance Director vacancy.
- Lead and manage a small and capable finance team. (8)
- Hire and develop talent.
- Lead all accounting and process decision-making.
- Oversee all financial risk, audits and controls.
- Manage all statutory and reporting requirements.
- Build a world-class FP&A function.
- Focus on data, MI and analysis.
- Act as a true business partner to the board.
- Support with fundraising.
- Oversee and manage all debt facilities.
- Understand banking covenants.
- Manager Revenue Recognition.
- Product costing.
- Product performance.
- Manufacturing cost and processes.
Your Profile
We are looking for a talented finance leader (Finance Director / CFO), who has a track record in growing and scaling businesses

- Qualified Accountant with a strong academic background.
- Hands-on ability to run and build a finance function.
- Have a commercial and strategic mindset.
