Senior Solutions Engineer

Role Overview: Seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join the organisation as a Solutions Engineer. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and support to the business development team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and identify opportunities for integration. Demonstrate product functionality and capabilities to clients through API calls, demos, and proof of concepts. Create comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams and documentation. Support clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring successful integration and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to drive product enhancements and improvements based on client feedback. Requirements: 5-7+ years of experience in roles such as solutions engineer, sales engineer, and solutions architect, preferably with a B2B SaaS or FinTech background. Strong technical background, with experience in API integration, software development, or related fields. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to align technical solutions with client objectives. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Further information & Benefits: Competitive salary package starting at £95,000k - £100,000k GBP base + Bonus + Stocks (dependent on experience). Predominantly remote first business. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Preference is to have someone UK based but will consider other locations across Europe.
