For more information, visit www.oliverwyman.com.Oliver Wyman is now looking to recruit a Regional Head of Human Capital Management, UK & Ireland – this is 15 month maternity-cover contract, to start in October/November 2024This is a hybrid role that requires 60% working from our London Baker Street office.The Role This Regional Head Human Capital Manager for UK & Ireland role supports a specific population on Human Capital (HC) related activities, including employee engagement, employee relations, performance management support, policy and procedure development and implementation. You will have oversight and management for a team that deliver proactive and business focused HR advice and services for the UK and Ireland (a headcount of circa 750).The Regional Head Human Capital Manager for UK & Ireland is a client-facing position, and you will pro-actively engage your stakeholders in all HC Operations related matters. You will be able to manage complex and challenging issues which require (at time) decisive and quick decisions. The position will manage multiple direct reports.In addition to working very closely with the local Office and Market Leaders in the region, the Regional Head Human Capital Manager for UK & Ireland will work closely with a number of other colleagues in order to deliver on the broad responsibilities of the HC team.
