We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in Northfield. The school accommodates for a single form entry. We are looking for someone who is committed to work 5 days a week-long term until the end of the academic year. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Support children with academic needs * Working with a group of 3 – 4 children with special educational needs * Adapt teaching methods to meet specific needs of each child * Support children with social and emotional needs * Creating a safe environment for children to learn and thrive * Providing feedback to teachers and parents regarding children’s progress and behavior What we are looking for: * Someone who is experienced working with ADHD and autistic children * Someone who is nurturing and patient * Level 2 or 3 diploma or equivalent qualification What we offer: • Honesty and transparency • Competitive rates of pay on PAYE • Support with interviews • Commitment to quality of service and safeguarding We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in Northfield.
