The Manger will be responsible for helping to conduct an audit of accreditation compliance processes at a testing laboratories. This will involve assessing current procedures, identifying gaps, and making recommendations to ensure adherence to relevant accreditation standards.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the UK Director of Compliance to define audit objectives, scope, and methodology.Conduct on-site and remote audits of select laboratory locations to evaluate compliance with accreditation standards.Review and analyze existing accreditation processes, procedures, and documentation.Identify gaps in compliance and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.Prepare comprehensive audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.Provide guidance and support to laboratory staff to ensure the implementation of recommended improvements.Work within a flexible timeline.Qualifications:Proven experience in helping with internal audits, specifically within laboratory or testing environments.Deep knowledge of accreditation standards, such as ISO/IEC 17025, and regulatory requirements relevant to laboratory operations.Familiarity with compliance processes in the agriculture, food, infrastructure, or environmental testing industries is preferred.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders.Availability to travel to laboratory sites within the UK as needed.Timing:Flexible timing
