M&E Project Engineer

Our client is an award-winning estate management organisation providing Construction and TFM support across a diverse portfolio or MOD assets in Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Located in Tidworth, Wiltshire, you ll be responsible for creating scopes of work packages for a range of commercial build projects. Overseeing contractors and witness the testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other systems for Lifecycle/Change Projects.

• Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Understanding and application of Building Regulations.
• CDM 2015 understanding.
• Provides Surveying capabilities to support change, the Lifecycle plan.
• Experience in undertake the pricing of Scope of Works to support Change, Lifecycle planning and the Asset Management Plan.
• Review of contractors quotes, tender returns and work estimates to substantiate or challenge value for money.
• Energy Management - Environmental impact and carbon footprint.
